What is your mission?

Our mission is to bring theatre closer to the homes of fans while elevating voices in the theatre community, including those of BIPOC, Deaf, disabled, and other professionals and organizations.

Is this box for me?

Yes! This box is for all ages, and there is something for everyone, whether you are a Broadway super fan or you are want to learn about the theatre industry for the first time

When will I receive my first box?

Boxes are released and shipped the 15th of each month. Your first box will ship on the next 15th. For example, boxes ordered June 4th will ship out June 15th. Boxes ordered March 16th will ship out April 15th. Please contact us if you would like to start off with the previous month’s box, pending availability, to be shipped out within two business days.

When is the renewal date?

Broadway Boxed Up renews on the 25th of each shipping month

What months do you ship?

We will not be shipping out a February Box and August Box each year starting in 2025.

What does this mean for our subscribers?

· There is no change other than there will be no February or August box. Renewing subscriptions will still renew on the January 25th and July 25th, the next box will just be the March or September boxes;

· Six-month prepaid subscriptions will be delivered over seven months and twelve-month prepaid subscriptions will be delivered over 14 months. For example, if you purchase a three-month prepaid subscription in December, the recipient will receive boxes in December, January, skip February, and receive the final box in March;

· January and July boxes will have a reminder in them that the following month is a short break, but we’ll be back in two months better than ever;

· If a box is needed to be delivered in February or August specially for a birthday or other celebration, you can contact us and we will gladly work with you to get a box delivered;

· Subscribers can still contact us to move around renewal dates or help with anything else – our service will stay the same all twelve months of the year and we will continue to always strive to help you how we can; and

· Individual and standalone items, separate from our subscription boxes, can still be purchased and will ship out in February and August, as normal.

Who are you all?

Broadway Boxed up is the first and longest-running Broadway-themed subscription box, bringing theatre a little closer to home each month. We design our own products and work with other small businesses to curate Broadway into a box, including merchandise you can’t find anywhere else, items straight from the theaters such as props and programs, virtual events such as interviews and talkbacks with actors and theatre professionals, and articles about the industry and its professionals.

We work to elevate voices in the theatre community through virtual events, articles, and features on different topics from theatre-related movements to elevating voices of BIPOC, Deaf, and other industry professionals to featuring what new ventures theatre professionals are working on.

We are always striving to make our boxes as environmentally sustainable as possible, and we make donations to the organizations we feature as well as to other organizations that support the theatre community.
